Vincent Ullens

Vincent Ullens is a composer, producer and sound designer, and the founder of DAZZLE. He writes original music and designs sound for advertising, film and fashion.

His work includes music and sound for films made for Diptyque, MECCA, Heinz, Polaroid, La Perla and VICE × Huawei, and sound for a re-edit of the Gucci × Vans campaign. Much of it is tactile, frame-by-frame stop-motion, where every sound has to be built from nothing and placed by hand.

He moves between cinematic scoring, electronic music and experimental sound design, choosing the approach for each film rather than applying a house sound.

Alongside the studio, he is a platinum-certified music producer whose records include Shocktown’s “Cedar”. That background is why the music on DAZZLE projects arrives sounding finished, not like a demo.

Sam Swallow

Composer · Arranger · Orchestrator

Sam Swallow is a composer, arranger, orchestrator and pianist. After reading music at Clare College, Cambridge, he built a career that moves between pop, classical and orchestral music.

He arranged, orchestrated and conducted the Lewis Capaldi Symphony with the Manchester Camerata, broadcast on BBC Radio 1 and BBC One, and wrote six arrangements of Jack Savoretti’s songs for the BBC Symphony Orchestra at the Last Night of the Proms.

He orchestrated The 1975’s Radio 1 Live Lounge concert with the BBC Philharmonic, and worked on arrangements and orchestrations for the band’s number-one albums A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships and Notes On A Conditional Form. Other credits include Simply Red, Simple Minds, Echo & The Bunnymen, The Wombats and Warner’s 80s Symphonic. A former member of The Hoosiers, he has toured internationally and composed for television.

At DAZZLE, Sam brings composition, orchestration and arrangement, so the studio can deliver anything from an intimate piano cue to a full orchestral score.
